Ayurveda Dosha Oils Kit

Ayurveda or 'the science of life' introduces the concept of doshas. The doshas are the biological energies found in the human body and mind. They govern all physical and mental processes and provide every living being with an individual blueprint for health and fulfillment.

This kit contains three (3) 5mL ayurveda blends:

• Vata blend
• Kapha blend
• Pitta blend

Included in this kit is the Guide to Understanding your Doshas booklet, which contains information about Ayurveda and the three doshas, a questionnaire for determining and getting to know your doshas, and instructions on how to balance your doshas with essential oils.
