 APPLICATION: 

 MASSAGE METHOD: With a drop each region, anoint your temples, behind your ears and neck. With your middle fingertips, massage in circular motions, while breathing in and out mindfully to help calm and ease the nervous system and assist release of tension. You may also massage directly into areas of the body feeling particularly tight or tense.

INHALATION METHOD: This is a quick and effective method for transporting the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils rapidly to the brain, whereby the effects can take place. Dispense a couple of drops into your palm and rub palms together. Cup palms over your nose and mouth and inhale in through your nose, out through your mouth several times. A particularly helpful method when feeling anxious or panicky.

PULSE POINT METHOD: To use as a light perfume oil, massage a drop into each pulse point.
