Spray over the crown of the head, onto the heart and soles of feet. Then spray liberally on and around the body. Take 3 deep breaths and repeat the affirmation. Feel your energy lighten and expand.

A beautiful balancing tonic, especially helpful for mental and nervous fatigue. Strengthening yet relaxing it encourages the calming of the mind and easing of tension.

Refreshing and relaxing, calms the mind and body, encouraging deeper states of meditation. Brings higher and lower chakras into harmony.
