Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Flower Nectar is a sweet, unrefined syrup made from the pure sap of organic coconut palm blossoms.

This natural sweetener is low in fructose and also has a low glycemic index (GI) of 35, which is better for maintaining consistent blood sugar levels.

Nutritious and naturally sweet, coconut nectar is an ideal alternative to maple syrup or honey. Its caramel-like flavour can be enjoyed drizzled on pancakes, toasted cereals, drinks or desserts.

Surprisingly, Coconut Flower Nectar doesn't taste like coconut. It has a neutral sweet flavour (making it a closer match to sugar), and our Coconut Syrup has a light savoury flavour more like molasses with slight coconut notes.

Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Flower Nectar is made using a process called Enzymatic Hydrolisis, which uses a lower temperature and enzymes rather than heating to achieve the final product. This results in a sweeter flavour and lighter colour. Coconut Syrup is made from sap that is heated to 75-80 degrees, which prevents fermentation and evaporates the water content, making it around 75% sugar and a dark mahogany brown colour.
