Made from 100% organic maple syrup with no preservatives or additives. Maple syrup is graded according to how light the syrup is, different countries use different grading systems so it can get a little confusing! As a general rule the lighter the syrup the higher the grade & the darker the colour, the stronger the pure maple flavour.
We use the Canadian Grading System as ours comes from Canada. It is Canadian No. 2 Amber (Grade A)& very delicious!
