How do you use your ACV? Here is some suggestions:

• Dilute a couple of tablespoons in a glass of water and drink first thing of a morning or throughout the day. Remember if you can, drink your ACV using a reusable straw to save the enamel on your teeth.

• Use it straight or mix with some olive oil & lemon for a tip top salad dressing.

• Put a dash in your smoothie - it add a prebiotic boost
